Cancelled Policy in Aug, still getting charged in Dec

King Price continues to charge me a premium for a policy (KP ********** ) which was cancelled at the end of August 2016. I informed the call center agent that I had already entered into a new policy with another insurer effective 1 September 2016. The debit order was stopped/reversed at the bank by my mother (policy holder) after a premium was taken in September despite me stating CLEARLY that I did NOT want to renew my policy despite attempts by KP to convince me otherwise. These constant mails about "searching high and low" for the premium are annoying because under no circumstances will I pay for a policy that has long been cancelled when I am already insured elsewhere. Please can someone rectify this ASAP. I spoke highly of KP service prior to this mishap. Very disappointing.
