Cancelled policy

A few weeks back, I obtained a quote from King Price Insurance. I accepted the quote, for it was much lower than the price I was paying. A week or so later I found another insurance company that was about half their price and asked them to cancel the policy that I accepted. I made it very clear that I took out another insurance policy and they must please not send through a debit order to by bank account, for their will not be enough funds available, and it will cost me money, which I do not have. Come first of February 2019, they did put through a debit order, not enogh funds, cost me R50.00. Same day, another debit order for R171.36 and another for R100.00 (which I thought was for the car tracking system that I installed), but that debit order came through today from the car tracking company themselfs. Now I was just wondering what those debit was for, and why did they not cancel the policy as I requested?
