Cancelled King Price still bill me
I cancelled my insurance with King Price. After numerous calls from King Price to cancel the cancellation and not move to Dicovery even when I explained I was obligated due to my employer and our ties with Discovery did King Price still debited my account and caused me to pay double insurance this month. The call Centre promised an email to confirm immediate payback and I had no feedback. King Price knew I cancelled harassed me to reverse the cancellation but simply ignored all these discussions and continue to bill me. I would be careful of companies treating customers like this and I am now happy that the correct move was made to Discovery Insure!
