Cancelled insurance but still deiting my acc

<p>I was a client of King price insurance and i cancelled my car insurance policy before the end of October 2016 due to personal preference.</p> <p> </p> <p>I called and cancelled with them and i went to the bank to cancel the debit order as well, my premium was R792. on the st of November 2016 King price debited my Accfor an amount of R590 ( rounded off). i did not have money in my account at that time so they caused me to pay R100 for bouncing my account.</p> <p>Again on the 16 of November they Bouncedmy account with the amount of R590 ( rounded off) and again i had to pay the R100 for bouncing.</p> <p>I then contacted king price and to find out Jonathan Pillay (my broker) did not cancel my insurance but he noted that it should be cancelled, so the insurance debited my acc because it was not cancelled, which was their duty as i had notified them on time.</p> <p>i was transferred to Stephen Seane who assured me that my acc will be credited with the R200 they caused me to suffer within 24Hrs, but my account has not been credited with that amount of money.</p> <p> I emailed my bank statement to Stephen Seane to show him the ost i incurred on the 17th of November, on the 18th i followed up but he did not respond, on the 21th of Novemeber 2016 i went to their site and left my Name and No. to call and they did call and i was transferred to rententions where the call was ended, i did try again to leave my no. they did not contact me back, i then emailed again Stephen Seane and Jonathan Pillay and they did not respond.</p> <p> </p> <p>A question i asked on the 17th of Novemeber which was not answered was why did they debit my acc with an amount of R590(rounded off) and not R790 which was the agreed premium if there was a mistake of not cancelling my account on time? the charged me less because they know that if you go cancl with the bank a debit order you tell the bank the exact amount which should be stoped but the third party can still deduct your account for a lesser amount or more which is what thry did.</p> <p>In conclusion i beleive King price attempted *****ing from my account and i want the R200 loss they caused me.</p>
