Cancellation Process

<br> The cancellation process of King Price Insurance is of very low standard. I have been trying to cancel my car insurance contract with King Price Insurance since 11 January 2016, and after countless calls to the cancellation department.<br> <br> I called them yesterday, 21 January and one of the call agents that assisted me confirmed that the policy had been cancelled. This was news to me because I had not received a cancellation letter/ notification. He assured me that the letter would be forwarded by yesterday, which it wasn't. I then called again this morning, only to find out that the policy was still active (i.e. had NOT been cancelled). The agent who assisted me today informed me that he would be unable to help me cancel the contract as it was assigned to another agent, I then requested that he provide me with the agents contact details. <br> <br> I tried calling the agent but did not get through, he called back and only then did I manage to cancel the contract, after 2 weeks of attempts.<br> <br> I am very unimpressed and dissatisfied at the level of assistance I have received in this matter.
