Cancellation of policy number KP *** AT King Price Insurance

Good Morning ,this is a complaint of cancelling Policy number:KP*** for M r BA Fortein ,cell number *** on the 18th of August 2020 I phoned King Price insurance to cancel my insurance policy because I found a cheaper insurance. i was than told that they will give me a cheaper quote.After they have quoted me I asked them to phone me back the next day. The next day I send email to the call centre to tell them that I wanted to cancel the policy I had with King Price insurance, she send them a email asking them to call me because I wanted to cancel. Later the receptionist phoned and told me to hold on for the department that will help me ,I held on for a 30 min no luck. the 20th I phoned in again telling the receptionist that I would like to cancel my policy ,she put me through and than later came back and told me that no one is responding ,she will get them to call me . please can someone assist me to cancel this policy ,thank you
