Cancellation of policy; KP ***
MN Monone Policy no: KP*** On 15 September 2021, R1,720.90 was debited from my account with *** for both cars and the allowed kilometres for my level cover . The message that I got from you guys was "We tried to get hold of you and seemingly you are busy" please call. Deducted amount for October was doubled to the amount of R3,046.144, Ref number:***4. I reversed it from the bank and asked the bank to cancel debit order and same message was emailed to King Price. Regards MN Monone

04 Nov 2021, 14:37Good day,
On 20 /09 2021 @ 13:34, I send email to both complaints and claims explaining my frustration based on amount debited from my account.
August kilometres for AYAGA was 603 and FORD EVEREST 436 km
Total = 1039 km
The amount falls under the bracket of R1,221 pm.
The amount debited was R1720.90
You further state that premium depends on our previous month,s actual mileage, and our individual risk profile while previous month amount debited was R856.98.
I was seeking for clarity that is why I send email's and tried to call *** several times and response that I got was temporarily unavailable.
Another response coming from broker: We tried , tried,and tried to call you...but we missed you."which is not true
I decided not to send October 15 mileage because of frustration and reversed doubled premium came to an amount of R3,046,14 while you ignored my emails and estimated mileage to 2936 kilometers knowing that I less than that in a month.
To cut long short cancel the policy with immediate effect.
Regards
