Cancellation of Policy

Im very unimpressed with the level of service received from King Price. I was to take delivery of a vehicle in January of this year. It was my understanding that the vehicle will not be covered if I dont take it for its Assessment. Seeing that I have never received the vehicle, it was never taken to be assessed, yet a premium gets deducted by debit order every month. I have to cancel and reverse it every month. I have left numerous requests for feedback, but to no avail. When I phoned in today, I was transferred to the Cancellations department, and my call was handled by a very unprofessional and rude lady. She was condescending, and even told me to keep quiet so she could speak. Last time I checked ... IM THE CLIENT HERE ... and a very upset one, aswell. All I want is for this policy to be cancelled. I dont have THIS or ANY other vehicle.
