Cancellation of my insurance without my consent
I called an agent, stating that I would like to cancel my insurance effective from the 24th of September midnight. The agent cancelled my insurance effective immediately, now I am stuck without an insurance cover. When I ask for the recording for the call, they do not want to hand them over so that I can take it up with the ombudsman of insurances
