Cancellation of a policy in quatation phase KP***

<p>On 4 May 2017 I recieved a quotatin from KP witch I accepted. On the 10 May 2017 I send KP a mail requesting them to cancel the policy due that I have acctepeted another quotation and that the deit order must be cancelled. I followed it up on 11 May 2017. Receiving feedback from KP not to worry everything has been cancelled.</p> <p>The debit order went through on 1 June 2017. I contacted KP with the promise that they wil refund me immediately. I contacted KP a week later asking the when are they going to refund me. To make a long story short their comment was that it will take another 14 working days but the promise me the mone will be in my bank the morning of 12 June 2017. The money is still not in my account. Phoning KP the morning the comment was that the release of the money was only done this morning but I must keep in mind that it could take up to 14 days before the money will reflected in my account.</p> <p>For me this is not acceptable</p> <p> </p> <p>Kind regards</p> <p>Johan Botha</p> <p> ********** 011</p>
