Cancellation Issue

Cancelled my contract with them in July and they don't wanna terminate it, they are busy abusing me with phone calls and I said they must put cancellation confirmation in writing for me, cause I won't have their phone records, and they say the only way is the way they did it. And they are busy debiting my zero account left, right & center, making my statement look bad.
