cancellation
<p>Hi</p> <p>I had an insurances with king price insurance and I changed my bank details which were sent to them but they went back to the old account for the deductions, then my old nank charged and called about it. I then asked king price to cancel my insurance which they still didn't do but dedicated to the wrong account hence I bring this matter to your attention. I don't need their service, they must understand that and stop calling and sending emails. </p>
Although we never really enjoy hearing that our clients have been frustrated or disappointed by us, we do appreciate you bringing situations like this to our attention, so that we can immediately improve the service we provide.
