CANCELLATION!!!
I received an email from King price that my premium will increase with R544. 00 as of the 01st of December 2018. I then contacted them yesterday wanting to cancel and the consultant said they are experiencing high calls volume however I must leave my details to be contacted back which I did. I further sent an email yesterday which I did not receive any reply nor any call. I would like to cancel my contract with them and will join another insurance.
