CANCEL MY POLICY

I don't know why its so difficult to cancel my policy, when I call they keep transferring me to the retention department the first time it went through the consultant did some adjustments but when they sent me the documents it was not what we agreed on then I called back to cancel and I was told I would be put to a senior consultant who tried to convince me and told me they would call me back they never did now when I call I get told that the person is on another call and they will call me back they never have I am tired of this cancel the policy if you don't I will block you from taking from my account.<br> <br> I am no longer interested in being a King price client anymore
