Cancel my insurance

I cancelled my insurance with king price. I sent emails and I called to cancel but their consultants are still calling me to collect premiums. what is worse is they tried to deduct again this morning and it’s costing me money as fnb charges for failed debit orders. Please fix this I don’t want your services anymore.
