Can't register a claim

I am a client of King Price and have a vehicle policy with you guys. I have experienced the most frustrating time of my life while trying to register a claim. I only had a successful conversation on Thursday 26 March 2015 who told me that I'd receive a call from you either on Thursday and Friday and this never happened. I have been trying to follow-up on that ever since, calling up to five times a day. I was in a vehicle accident but have not received the so greatly promised support I was promised to receive in the case of an accident. I doubt I'll even attempt to call back and I am busy losing money and patience here.
