Can't refund back

So I was called by their agent Thulani, opened a new policy with them on Tuesday the 22/09/2015, he told me that after the inception the insurance would only take a prorata payment of R650 and the premium paid deducted from 25/10/2015. They took the premium on the 25/09/2015 and even took more than R650 prorata, I then called them on Monday 28/09/2015 to get my refund back and cancel the policy, Jakobus adviced that I should send a bank statement and it would be refunded in 2 days time, it wasn't refunded. I was then called by their accounts manager on the Friday the 02/10/2015, to say that she's releasing the refund payment of R1900.00 and it would reflect on Friday evening, till today I'm waiting for my money, they don't even call back to check, I'm disappointed in this company. Easy to take people's money but a hassle to refund it back.
