Can someone help me get my car back!!!!!

Terrible Experience!!!!!

I would like to express my dissatisfaction with Mogomotsi's service and king price as a whole.

My car was involved in an accident 19 March, the car was stored for a whole month.

I was advised by an unknown panel beater that they are in possession of my car and will begin with repairs.

I did not approve that as I wanted king price to pay me and I will have my car fixed at my own convenience.

Nonetheless the repairs where done however I was not happy with the repairs.

I lodged a complaint and was advised that an assessor would go and re assess the car.

It took two weeks for the assessor to go to the panel beater. It was only after I requested for his contact details that he attended to it.

After reassessing the car he took the bumper to a bumper specialist even though I told him not to take it as this would waste my time to get my car back.

It's been 3 months without a car and now Mogomotsi doesn't want to give me back my bumper. He is not taking my calls, he is not updating me.

Can you please ask Mogomotsi to give me back my belongings. I don't care of the condition.

I need my car back , can someone help!!!!
