Called before I gave authorisation

I am in the process of comparing online quotes, which means filling in a lot of forms. While still filling out the first form on the King Price website (please note, BEFORE I had pressed any buttons authorising that my details be submitted) they called me!<br> <br> This means that they are actively capturing data as it is being filled in, and without authorisation (no \call me back"or something to that effect was requested) they are entering contact details into their database and contacting customers who have not yet given permission to be contacted.<br> <br> I find this quite invasive as at the least I expect companies to only call once data has been submitted"
