CALLED AND SPOKE TO ALI. I WANTED TO SUSPEND MY CAR INSURANCE AS I HAVE A NEONATE AND DO NOT ANTICIPATE TO DRIVE AROUND FOR ATLEAST 3MONTHS. ALI OFFERED ME A TOTAL LOSS COVER WHICH WILL REDUCE MY MONTHLY PREMIUMS BY AT LEAST 60percent.(NOTING THE CHANGE IN BENEFITS) WE ALSO PUT THE NEW COVER IN MOTION IMMEDIATELY THEREBY GRANTING ME A CASH BACK OF ABOUT 30percent SINCE IT'S MIDMONTH MY EXPERIENCE WAS BY FAR VERY GOOD AND SATISFYING. THANK YOU
