Call centre staff eager helpfulness outstanding.
I want to commend Dane Govender from the King Price call centre. I was very impressed with his willingness to assist as well as his knowledge to resolve my query. No going back and forth to managers or inflexibility often experienced when trying to resolve a matter. Thank you Dane! What a pleasure! King Price are serious about keeping clients and meeting their needs.
