Call Centre – Service with a Smile

Over the past two days I’ve had the privilege to work with two of King Price Insurance’s call centre agents – Akhona Ngema as well as Brendon Louw. I am pleased to say that both these gentlemen contributed to a very positive and pleasant experience with the company King Price.

They are very friendly, professional and efficient and it was a pleasure working with them towards my new insurance. I would like to congratulate King Price as a company on understanding the importance of good call centre agents. It’s something that has a great impact on the front that you present to the clients and you are getting it right with people like Akhona and Brendon. They walked the extra mile, and even leave you with a smile afterwards.

After doing an online enquiry for a quotation yesterday, I’ve been called back twice by Akhona, well informed about all the company offers and what they can do for me, I’ve received email confirmations and was connected with all the relevant people per email and phone by him to make my experience easy.

After seeing an interview this morning on “Die Groot Ontbyt” with King Price CEO, I sent Akhona an email asking about the promotion they have for joining now and only paying your first instalment in March. He immediately got back to me via email and informed me that he has brought this under the attention of the relevant department.

This afternoon, Brendon called me and informed me that he has made the necessary arrangements and that I am now included in their promotion. He confirmed the details and payment dates and sent a responding email after making sure I understood the procedures Akhona informed me of yesterday.

It’s a pleasure working with someone who doesn’t sound like they memorized a rhyme and you truly get the feeling that they know their product. I got a great deal on my new insurance and I feel really good about moving from my old company to a company who makes you feel unique in your needs.
