Call Centre did an ITC check without my consent

I had a call from the Call Centre of King Price Ins and when the person asked me if I agree to an ITC check I said NO. If they can not give me a quote without an ITC check then they must leave it. I only looking for quotes first and only when I accept a quote I will allow that company to do a ITC check. I was told that they will speak to their Manager to find out if he will allow them to do this. I did not hear from them again but received notification from Trans Union that they did an ITC check. This is against the new Credit Act. These companies like King Price need to get fined.
