Caim Assessing Complaint

Hello Peter<br> The assessors forced me to change my incident report, they threatened to ********* me, they i assumed i was under influence on the day yet the the accident report makes it clear that i was not drunk but traumatized on the day. they told me they will council my policy and i will never get insurance from any company in south africa if i don't reveal that was drunk when the accident happened. it the 3rd week now still my claim is not processed (i reported the accident on 08/08/2015), there been 3 assessment, first one was tellephonically, 2nd & 3rd one was face to face.on the 26/08/2015 two guys from king price came to my office and forced me to lie that i had a drink when incident happened or else king Price will ********* from any insurance, me worried and i was frightened because it was my first time claiming and experiencing the kind of situation, i **** and said i had one glass of alcahol on the day now i am worried there might not pay me because it was clear it what they wanted to hold me for, force me to change my report. they said they will finalize my claim on Friday 28/08/2015.<br> please help me i am, i don't no what do i cant even forcus on my work with the stress

He has listened to the recording of the meeting between you and the assessor and found that there was no indication that you were forced into changing your version. He also advised you of how the validation process works and the repercussions of not providing us with true and complete information.
