Bunch of Idiots!

I hit a reversed into a 3rd party who vehicle was parked and stationary... Completely my fault. I submitted a claim which was authorized. The 3rd party now needs to claim for the damages hence I have insurance. Firstly speak to the claims department who HAVE NO clue on whom this poor third party must call. I had to even tell him I need to go to your LEGAL department. I then get transferred and am told by the legal department that they cant give me their contact number as their systems are down? Seriously how can you not know your own contact number? I have the unfortunate privilege of being employed by an insurance company hence it feels like I need to teach your employees about insurance... ITS SHOCKING. Its a pretty simple question... Who does the third party need to call to submit a claim? What is that telephone number? What is the process? It quite simple but it seems like your staff are completely flabbergasted by this question? Maybe its time to train your staff as its shocking how *********** you are!
