Bullying and uncaring experience

What they care about is your money not serving you,I suffered a burglary and guizer burst in close proximity to each other and received bad and uncaring experience from their staff,even at senior level.They promised to send contractor to repair my ceiling and were quiet and on follow up they told me I shall receive+-R4000 cash as their contractor asks them to pay for travelling costs.I queried but was met with harsh resistance and bullying.
