Bully Behaviour by agent

<p>i am so disgusted in the service received by your agents. Firstly the agent did not introduce himself nor where he was calling from. Rushing through the information which does not give the customer an opportunity to process and understand what is happening. He qoutes the instalment and excess so quick and then tries to get you to give out personal information. Also does not listen as information often needed to be repeated. The minute i told him i just want the qoute and still accumulating my findings the call is dropped. Why would i want to insure my car with company which provides this kind of service to potential new customer's. I would rather pay extra for better service from another insurance provider. Definitely will not do business with a company who's agents try to bully and bulsdoses customers into taking up the product.</p>
