Broken promises if you have King Price Insurance

Am writing this with such disappointment in the company and full of regrets , I regret the day I received their call conviced me to change my insurance for them, Yes I wanted a lesser cover but was unaware of the information given could implicate me, their terms used and limited explanation given. We are sold insurance over the phone with just one language which is English and they just assume that we get terms like comprehensive etc. I was excited that premiums go down every month, and did not mind on the price at that time, people should be aware that King price is just finding any reason not to pay. I wouldn't advise anyone to take their product.
