BRING OUR CAR BACK BUT YOUR OWN CAR IS NOT READY!
Today I got an SMS from King Price requesting that I return the courtesy vehicle they had provided whilst my car was in for repairs. My car is not ready and they want me to return the courtesy vehicle!!! What am I supposed to use until the car is ready? The lady at the call centre said to me they are not to blame for the service provider's delay but who appointed the provider? I commute a distance of roughly 200kms everyday to work and back, how do they suggest I do this? It's not their problem I guess but they want their money in full every month but cant conduct their service in full. THIS IS JUST LUDICROUS TO SAY THE LEAST!

The reason for the delay was due to the bumper being on back order, however this has now been received and the repairer is currently assembling the vehicle and should be ready tomorrow.
