Brilliant Service Shaakirah Choonara

Last week Thursday I had the absolute pleasure of dealing with; Shaakirah Choonara at King Price Insurance. I usually dread the calls to insurance companies, but this time it was different Shaakirah's vibrant personality and her "can do attitude" is seldom found when dealing with call centre agents. Shaakirah kept her promise to call me back, and even assisted in lowering my premium. She is an absolute asset to King Price and I hope she will be recognised for the ROYAL treatment she gave me!
