Brilliant Service from Josh Francis

Having dealt with Josh Francis this morning about a query, I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly my query was resolved. I also needed to have credit shorfall protection put in place and he did it in a jiffy. So nice to deal with a person that assists and is also friendly and polite.
