Brilliant Service

I was assisted by - Wiane van der merwe and she was very patient and well spoken . She totally let me let my guard down and made me feel like I wasn't being sales pitched and she was clear , precise and honest. She genuinely made me feel like she wants to work to get me on board and win my business. She immediately found a subtle way to overcome my very first objection to receiving the call and I let her proceed. <br> <br> I am one of those people who actually read my documents and therefore I do not switch insurers for a small cost saving. But this policy sounded good and had all that I needed and she managed to find me a better premium. The excess is a bit steep but it can be assessed each month as well as the premium decreasing.
