Mogomotsi Thipe: Called King Price to cancel my policy with them as their competitor came in cheaper. This lovely gentleman firstly with such a warm welcoming and profound voice was able to advice me on the pros and cons of changing insurances without having to demean their competitor. He conducted himself with such poise and made the phone call both professional yet still entertaining and not draining. I have decided to stay with the Kings Choice as clearly this is home.
