Brilliant Service!!

Mellisa contacted me about running a debit on my account and informed me of potential delays. I took advantage while we were communicating via e-mail to ask her for my policy documents. She responded in quick turn around time and I asked her for further help which she responded quick with a great attitude. Even though she is a collections consultant she did not bat me to the next consultant who deals with policy documents thus saving me time and the hassle. Her attitude was great all along!
