Brilliant Customer Service :)

Brilliant customer service! I called to include a item to my exisiting insurance policy and also query the increase in my premium next month.... In a matter of minutes I received a call from Ryan van der Merwe, Senior Financial Consultant, who had a look at what I needed to add also my premium increase...guess what happened next!

My premium was decreased and I am now paying less with my additional item added :)
