Breath of Fresh Air

Outstanding service from Anriette Viljoen. She was like a breath of fresh air. I had so many issues trying to update our policy I was about to lose my mind. Anriette saved the day. She was thorough and extremely kind. Did what we asked without hesitation and a happy tone. If it wasn't for her this review would have been a 1 star as I was furious and ready to fight after dealing with about 5 people. It took her 1 call to sort out all our queries and problems.
