Breaching of the Regulated POPI Act

An agent from I Africa phoned on behalf of King Price Insurance.

When I indicated that: 1. I told him I am not interested, he kept on pushing until I mentioned the upcoming POPI Act and then when, 2. I wanted his name and phone number as I have not given permission to be phoned by I Afica or King Price he dropped the phone so quickly. 3. So once again, we have an Act to protect the consumer and the Insurance Companies are wiping their backside to it. If you do, do honest business have then the decency to give your name, your phone number and explain where you got hold of my details and if I say not interested, you delete my name from the list that you got the information from and you say thank you and hang up. Don't be like a ******** and the moment you get caught out drop the phone, this just shows to me what type of business you operate and I will request that companies like these should be shut down for good.
