Good day. My wife was in a accident on the 25th May 2023 king price did help her very good. The 3rd party that drove into her was the guilty party. King price did arrange for us for a rental vehicle but have to take it back to avis vehicle rental and my vehicle is still not repaired they have not even started on my vehicle it is almost 1 month now. I spoke to a consultant and she stated that i only have the rental vehicle for 30 days i must make a plan for a vehicle the are not going to extend the rental.witch means i must struggle without transportation due to them taking long in repairing my vehicle witch they should claim from the 3rd party driver involved and her insurance.my vehicle has been standing for long now not being started at all so the battery is going down and it cost R5000 at BMW am going to claim that if it not working when sometime i recieve my vehicle back. Thank you
