30 Nov 2023, 12:31Now I realise that I should have moved at that stage, even with a reduced premium .. the level of service when claiming is the worse I have ever had from any service provider..
In hindsight I am happy to pay more to get a better level of service. New business customer service is great - enticing you to join and retaining you but a different Dept when you try and claim for a legitimate claim !!!
