Blessing in disguise
My insurance was cancelled because of non payments due to unemployment. This was a blessing in disguise. I emailed the company to plan for my insurance to be reinstated in August. I spoke to Liza-Mari Petzer who gave me the best customer experience and service ever. My request was met with professionalism and a bit of friendliness. I got a lower rate and my excess amount was almost cut in half. She explained a new product to me "Credit shortfall" which I took during the call. Excellent service and great person you are.
