Blatant Service

I was involved in minor incident on the 4th of July and followed all the Insurance requirements for registering the claim, I must say I was impressed with the initial service from Isabella Terblanche, from there on I was send from pillar to post with no joy at all. <br> <br> firstly my car was taken to Randburg BMW Repair centre and stored there for over a month with no repairs taken place, only on the 11th of August I was informed by the assessor that my car must be moved to another repairer for whatever reason. <br> in the midst of all this the Car rental Bidvets people were constantly on my case to return the rental car, of which I called King Price mentioning my concerns that how can they do nothing on my car for 5 weeks and yet expect me to return the rental car, that's when the extensions took place which I also emphasised my unhappiness and no one took me seriously.<br> <br> Yesterday (31.08.2015) I received threats from Bidvest that they going to open a ******** case against me which King Price supported and blatantly ignored my plea as a client, i am now forced to take unplanned leave as i no longer have means of transport.<br> <br> this is totally unacceptable and shows a lack of care
