Billing me extra and then increasing premium 70%!!

Firstly this company has been ripping me off for the past 6 months. My policy schedule says R1400 but have been debiting me R1600 since July. i phoned in July to query and was told someone would get back to me and no one did (check your call records). i was waiting to see how long before someone would call back, guess what, 6 months down the line no one did. <br> <br> Then today i get a premium increase of a whopping 43%! From R1400 to R2000, now the inflation **** you <br> spew in your mail is really **** because 43% is just that, ****. <br> <br> Please cancel my policy effective 1 March 2016. My current premium should be 1404.20 according to my previous policy schedule (24 July 2015), you are currently charging me 1562.50, please could you reimburse the difference from July that you have been over debiting me since then. if you do the simple math it comes down to R1250,77 (i don't expect you to get the mathematics correct, so i done a simple calculation ((monthly premium - policy schedule premium) * 6 months = Total).<br> <br> People they will try and rob you, beware!!! <br>
