Billing issues
<p>I called King price to cancel my policy. A lady called Geraldine convinced me to keep my policy. She told me that my subscription will not be affected by the upcoming increase. I received a increase from king price I emailed the lady who assisted me and told me at any time I could email or call her with no response from king price or their client service department after my email was read. I am not happy with this service.</p>
Although we never really enjoy hearing that our clients have been frustrated or disappointed by us, we do appreciate you bringing situations like this to our attention, so that we can immediately improve the service we provide.
Geraldine has been in contact with you to discuss your concerns, She is currently awaiting feedback from our actuaries in order to provide you with further feedback. Thank you for your patience and understanding, we hope to have this sorted out ASAP.
