i cancelled the policy since last month with King price i told them i have find a better insurance with a better premium. but tonly to find out that they are still deducting their premium every month in my bank account while they have agreed to me that they have cancealed the policy meaning they **** to me. again yesteday i called them again to ask why they didn't cancelled the policy istead of answering my bequest they asked me which insurance am i using now, why am i cancelling to them, how much is my premium with the insurance that i have joined.i asked to them to cancel cause i don't wanna be insured by King insurance any more and still they haven't cancelled. <br> <br> where those it say i have to report why when don't want to be service by any other insurance. its my right to cancel when i dnt need their service any more. really King price thats not how you satisfied customers. and i want my money back really.
