Bill account/ *****ing money
<p>I canceled my policy because they changed my premium but they keep debting my account creating a negative balance on my account and causing me bank charges. They are *****ing money in my account for their own benefit. They victimizing me on because I cancelled the policy in July.</p>
Although we never really enjoy hearing that our clients have been frustrated or disappointed by us, we do appreciate you bringing situations like this to our attention, so that we can immediately improve the service we provide.
We note we tried contacting you on the 5th but to no avail. The policy was cancelled as per your request. Should you require any further information please do not hesitate to contact.
