Big mistake
After my previous complaint King Price were quick to rectify the problem. Unfortunately it just stopped there! Damage report was submitted last Friday. I had to contact them today again to find out what is happening. Can you believe it, they still had to contact the witness!!! That should've been done on the day the claim has been submitted !! Sorry King Price you have disappointed me again after I thought you reacted so well on my first complaint.
