Big Improvement

I recently grew more and more unhappy with King Price Insurance. Especially since they introduced huge premium hikes. They tried to pin it on me by stating in an email that my "Risk Profile" has become higher. In the last 5 and a half years I have been with them I did not put in a single claim. I was in the process of cancelling my policy... then entered Thulane Malinga. This guy was polite and professional. I like the fact that he took full ownership of the issues that we discussed. Not only were my concerns addressed by he helped me to recalibrate the policy in order to bring my premium down significantly. I can only hope that I can deal with people like Thulane Malinga at King Price gaining forward!
