Big disappointment

People run when you hear the word king price insurance. It's been more than two weeks since I laid a claim. Till today I haven't heard from them. I only received 1 phone call from my service provider with empty promises. He told that the delivery will be made on Monday. Till today zelch from them. All the houses in the area that has been affected by the lightning are sorted. Can you imagine even my next door precust wall it's been repaired three days ago. First experience with them is a nightmare. Somebody warned me but I turned a blind eye. It's a lesson I learnt to be a good listener.
