Beware of King Price!!!!!!!

King Price is the worst Insurance company. We had an accident in May, I submitted the claim and it was approved, they told me to take the car to Automagic Alberton (Their repairer of choice) I took it there and advised them what was happening with the car after the accident, the electric window was not working and the wheel was making a noise, both of these on the same side that the car was bumped and only started after my accident. I spoke to Ricky Machado who assured me that they will check everything before we get the car back, I even explained that I am using a courtesy car from the insurance as this is my only vehicle . He still said we should not worry everything will be checked.

I collected the car after almost 3 weeks and to my surprise, they only fixed the body work on the car. The window does not work and the wheel is still making a noise, when I asked about it Ricky said they did not get a chance to test drive the car, but we must take the vehicle and if there are any problems we must let them know they will speak to the insurance. This is what I did I called them and advised that the car is not fixed properly and they said I should bring it back. I took it back and they said they cannot diagnose the problem and I must take it somewhere else and get a quote to send to them, which I also did, now they are saying I must give them my car for one day, knowing full well that I do not have another vehicle? and even going to the extent of saying this is not accident related and I must pay for a diagnostic, when I told them of the issues since the beginning. As if they hadn't inconvenienced me enough!

What kind of service is this from King Price and what useless repair centers are they using? Is this what we as clients are paying for? We pay our insurance premiums to have this nonsense when we are claiming. I have had insurance before and claiming has never been this complicated. King Price has issues with everything, every single time. I am really thinking of moving my insurance and everyone who has insurance with them should move. If you are looking out to take insurance from a reputable company, Trust me King Price is not the company to use, don't be fooled by all the compliments on this website, those are for the sales and retention's guys because they really do have brilliant sales and retention's consultants but their service is pathetic, I have never received such terrible service from any company before, really this is crazy. Please everyone beware of King Price!!!!!!!
