BEWARE - Deduct monies form bank account without any consent
BEWARE when asking for a quote, i phoned king price to find out what they will quote me for a car that i want to purchase i never signed any documents or told them i want to use them as my insurance so month end comes they deduct my bank account for I CAR A NEVER EVEN ENDED UP BUYING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and now i have to pay extra bank fees because they just went ahead deducting monies form my bank account DO NOT GIVE ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION TO THEM THEY WILL JUST DEDUCT YOU BANK ACCOUNT FOR A CAR THAT YOU DONT EVEN OWN!!!!!!!!!!!! i send them a mail regarding this a week ago and no response form them!!!!!!!!!!

Your complaint is deeply concerning to us so we went and listened to the sales call and can confirm that you did in fact accept the policy on a recorded line as well as provided us with your banking details in order to debit you for the policy. We tried calling you to discuss your concerns but to no avail so we have cancelled the policy as per your request.
